Our Customer Service Policy
Your Company or home will be cleaned by an assigned team of highly trained and experienced professionals. All personnel are BestPro Cleaning, LLC employees and are not permitted to smoke, eat, or drink in your facility. The use of your appliances are prohibited unless the appliance requires cleaning as specified in your service package or with your permission.
Licensed, insured, and bonded:
All BestPro Cleaning employees are licensed, insured and bonded. A 2,000,000 dollar liability insurance policy is carried by BestPro Cleaning, LLC to ensure that our valued customers are protected if an accident, property damage or loss is caused by our employees.
Workman’s Compensation insurance, social security, Medicare, federal unemployment, state unemployment or other state or federal taxes:
Generally, if you pay someone to work in your Company or house ( more than $ 50.00 in a calendar quarter ) such as cleaner. That person is your household employee. As an employer you would be subject to the above mentioned taxes. Failure to report and pay these taxes could result in severe penalties and fines levied against you by the IRS, Federal, Sate, and local governments regardless of when the work was performed. We relieves you of the tax withholding burden and possible legal consequences of unlicensed, uninsured, non -bonded individuals or companies. BestPro Cleaning, LLC provides a complete package of service, and peace of mind.
BestPro Cleaning employees arrive at your Company or home in company uniforms. A supervisor is assigned to each team and is the only team member entrusted with your Company or home key and alarm code. Additionally, your home key and alarm code are cross-referenced separately in a safe between service dates.
BestPro Cleaning services hours are 9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (For Residential) and 24 hours (Commercial). For residential Cleaning, it is not necessary to be at home and any special instructions should be phoned in or left on a designated table or kitchen counter top. Such request will need to be done at least 24 hrs in advance.
Major Holiday Observances:
We will contact you to reschedule services should a Holiday fall on your regularly scheduled day. A seventy-two hour notice is requested should you require a new service day. Unfortunately, a Short Notice fee may be charged if we are unable to reassign the BestPro Cleaning team when short notice is given by a Commercial customer or home owner.
Customer Preparation (Residential):
We simply request that our customers take a few minutes to pick up any toys, clothing, or other household items prior to our arrival.
Our experienced BestPro Cleaning team use the utmost of care in theirs duties. If an item is damaged or broken during cleaning, we will attempt to have it repaired or replaced. Claims may be filed with our insurance carrier. We will make every effort to resolve the matter quickly and to your satisfaction.
Cleaning Supplies and Equipment:
For your convenience, BestPro Cleaning, LLC provides all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies, but we will accommodate you if you wish for us to use your own preferred supplies and equipment. BestPro Cleaning uses 100% Environment safe (Green Certified) products.
Payment Arrangements: (Residential)
Service payments (usually by personal check or cash) may be left for the cleaning team supervisor on a kitchen counter or table at the time of service, or by using the BestPro Cleaning advanced payment program, all major credit cards accepted. Call our office for more information.
Either party, for any reason may terminate this agreement upon two weeks notice to the other party in writing.
